Will you wind yarn ordered online?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout. It might add a day to our shipping time, depending on how busy the winder is that day, but that doesn't happen very often.
What are your shipping policies?
We ship same- or next-day, via USPS whenever possible, worldwide, by weight. Free shipping on orders over $150.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items within 60 days, provided items are unused and in original condition. We cannot accept returns on wound yarn.
What if it's been more than 60 days?
We always want you to be sure you get enough of your dye lot to complete your project, and we get that sometimes projects take longer than expected. We're almost always able to accept returns of "just in case" extra yarn outside the 60-day window, but it requires the owner's approval so please be patient if you stop by and she isn't here!
