Knitting 101

Never picked up needles before, or coming back to knitting after a long hiatus? This is the class for you.

The first Knitting 101 class takes place on the first Saturday of each month from 11:00-12:30pm. 

Over the course of this class you'll learn to cast on, cast off, knit, purl, and decrease as you make a worsted weight hat. 

After the first class, participants will join Crafternoon from 2-4pm for the next steps in the pattern. These followups can happen your own pace - come to three consecutive Saturdays, or take a month between, it's up to you!

Registration includes yarn, needles, and a copy of the Basic Beanie pattern by Tin Can Knits.

Please note that Knitting 101 is exclusively a class for adults. We do not currently have any instructors who work with children, but if you send us an email to hello@scratchsupplyco.com we may be able to connect you with resources!
